Torkinking has won his last four starts and along with the hat-trick seeking Westmeath Flyer has to be respected but preference is for Dark Ben, who is taken to follow up his recent Sedgefield success. The selection has gone up 6lbs for a six-length success over Assumetheposition and with ground conditions again to suit Kate Milligan's gelding looks worth backing to follow up. Torkinking has to be respected given his fine recent record but the handicapper has to catch up with the gelding sometime and having gone up a further 9lbs for his latest victory he may now have done so. Mighty Fine is better over fences than hurdles and of more interest may be recent Sedgefield winner Mighty Fine, who has a 7lb penalty to carry for that success. Westmeath Flyer is likely to find this tougher than the claimer that he won last time and preference is for Dark Ben.
