A wide open race to round off the card with Water King, Three Lions and Mendosino all worthy of respect, and the last mentioned is given the vote. This gelding from the Venetia Williams yard won well last time when defeating Come Bye at Cheltenham. Although that form does not look anything out of the ordinary, it looks as good as anything on offer here and with further improvement likely, he should go well. Water King was second at Ludlow last time behind Dream Falcon but he looks a little vulnerable off his current mark and is likely to once again find at least one too good. Three Lions ran a fair race when third behind Joshua's Bay last time, and a reproduction of that effort will make him competitive. Honeys Gift is the other to catch the eye and with AP McCoy in the plate could go well, but she is another who is high in the weights so others are preferred. The finale looks wide open, but Mendosino is in good form at present and should take all the beating.
