Everest and Tedstale will be popular here but we prefer to side with Burnley Al, who is capable of beating both of them from this mark. The selection has not won since January, when he did so over a mile on Lingfield's polytrack. He performs well on a faster surface, acts on the track and has been given a real chance by being dropped to 2lb lower than his last winning mark, so he can score. Everest looks the big danger based on his 9f Redcar win last time. He can go very well from this mark and is clearly a major player herewith conditions to his liking, so he can go close. Tedstale was a 12f winner last time out and has not been tried over as short of this for some time. He's clearly well in himself, but this is a big drop back in trip and we doubt if he will possess the necesssary speed, so he is overlooked in favour of Burnley Al, who can take this.
