A trappy affair, but the lightly-raced Teresa has plenty of scope and, with Kieren Fallon booked, is fancied to take advantage of her sex allowance; the opposition is closely matched, but Clarisse and Wasted Talent make most appeal of the rest. The latter is a frustrating type who seems very hard to win with but she is consistent and should be thereabouts at the finish. Clarisse was two lengths behind Ezz Elkheil at Newmarket last month but is now three pounds better off and advertised her well-being when third in a big field at Kempton last time and she is also expected to go well. But for the selection we'll take John Dunlop's Teresa. This expensive yearling was unraced at two and has taken a while to get the hang of things this season, but ran well on her handicap debut at Thirsk before bolting up at long odds-on in a maiden at Lingfield last time. That will have taught her something, she has more scope than all of her rivals and Teresa is fancied to come to the punters' rescue here.
