A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Mekyaas,Rubenstar and Mocha Java and the vote is given to Mekyaas. The selection was a fair fifth behind Vanilla Delight last time out has plenty of scope for improvement and from a good draw will be hard to beat. Rubenstar rates the main danger on his best form and he should appreciate this longer trip but he was slightly disappointing last time out and for that reason is opposed. Mocha Java is another worthy of respect on his best form and he should be seen in a better light over this longer trip but his stable have been very quiet of late. Go Figure is from a yard in form but a first time tongue strap will need to improve her if she is to win off this mark. Of the remainder Ballybeg has shown promise in three runs to date and should be monitored in the market, but in a race that throws more questions than answers for the winner we return to Mekyaas.
