Verdict

Willie Mullins is making a real bid for this with four entries. Cap D'aubois had been competing at a high level before stepping up to three miles and scoring easily at Tipperary and may prove best of the quartet. Hidden Cyclone, runner-up in the Galway Hurdle a year ago, makes a quick reappearance after a fair run on the level here on Monday and is capable of a big performance despite his weight. Tellthemnuttin has been a revelation since stepped up in trip and was very impressive at Down Royal so even a 10lb hike shouldn't prevent another big run. SEA LIGHT has been going well over fences and ran really well in two starts at this meeting a year ago. He looks to have as good a chance as any in a wide-open contest. Mr Showtime makes his handicap bow after winning a bumper and two of his last three over hurdles, including beating subsequent winner Westland Row at Downpatrick. Prince Charmin' would have to be considered if getting a run from his reserve spot.
