Verdict

Lanos, the winner of a seller on the All-Weather, has yet to convince he stays this far. However this isn't a strong contest and he is one for the shortlist. Peter Hiatt does well with his small string and his Isa'af showed commendable courage to get off the mark at Ponterfract last week. He shaped as though this trip should be within his compass and with his proven ability to act on the ground, he gets the vote. Despite giving weight away all round, Cedar Master is worthy of respect. He handles fast ground well and is proven over the trip and if anywhere near 100% after a lay off, must go well.
