The versatile Katie Buckers is back on a winning mark after some below par performances and can do well for connections who look like they could be hitting top form any day. Not the fastest horse in the world, she is an out and out stayer who can either force the pace or can sit patiently. Either way she has her best chance, since rattling up a hat-trick last year, of troubling the judge in what looks on paper a wide open if poor contest. Sterling Dot Com has never lived up to his undoubted ability but looks now to be on a reasonable weight for his talents. This ground should suit and hold every chance over this trip with the 'shades' on for the first time. Jolly Giant is another who may improve for the application of first-time blinkers though he may not be fairly handicapped. Fluff'N' Puff has been running consistently in his last few runs and merits consideration however he may need the ground to improve from the overnight forecast of good to soft. Oriental Style is paying the penalty for winning earlier in the season and looks poorly weighted here.
