Verdict

An cracking novice chase for this time of year, and you can guarantee there will be plenty of winners come out of this. Bow Strada was just about the best of these over hurdles and he is sure to run well, as is Idaho D'Ox, who is sure to have been well schooled, but the one reservation about the latter is, he did fall twice as a five-year-old, when tackling fences in France. This could rest between Stars Out Tonight and Ruby Gale. The former is a nice scopey sort, who is sure to do better over the larger obsacles, but he did finish six lengths behind Ruby Gale on his last outing and the latter is taken to come out on top again. The stable won this last year with the useful St Pirran and Ruby Gale is taken to win a fascinating contest.
