In depth

Formwatch

Throw The Deuce (IRE) Won over a similar trip in his native Ireland, but has a bit to prove after a moderate debut for his new stable at Hereford last month.

Astley Gold (IRE) Can go well fresh but has a long absence to overcome, the market may be the best indication to his chances here.

Bronzesmith Steady form in Bumpers last term and should go well if translating that form to hurdles, one to consider.

Fleet Lad (USA) A little to prove after failing to complete over hurdles in both previous attempts.

Generosity Interesting recruit to the winter game whose best efforts on the flat would give him strong claims. It would not be the biggest shock his capable trainer/rider has brought about should this son of Generous prevail on his hurdles bow.

My Bold Boyo Modest performer on the flat and others look to be a better betting proposition here.

Never Think Twice A lot to prove with regard to stamina and is best watched.

Tigre Bois Made a modest debut over timber at Worcester recently but others have more appeal on balance.

Henbury Dancer Poor form (?) so far and best left alone.

Image de Marque II (FR) Seems to have lost her way of late but she would be a big danger to all if back on song.
