Mooretown Boy defied the years to score over a mile at Killarney but a 5lb rise and this shorter trip may be enough to prevent a follow-up. Tohugo attempted to make all over 1m1f at Ballinrobe but was caught inside the final furlong. He may not quite have the pace of some of these and is still a maiden after 16 starts. ELUSIVE EXPRESS has gone even longer without winning but has dropped to a very lowly mark as a consequence and with track and trip suiting she's given the nod to finally get off the mark. Doublebarreljimmy has struck a bit of form though he was beaten from a 2lb lower mark at Sligo last time.
