Verdict

Another small field goes to post for this maiden at it looks a match between Foxtrot Too and Ableard with preference for Foxtrot Too who has experience. The colt from the Mark Tompkins yard ran as if a race of this nature was well with in his compass when fourth behind Lunar Wind. He is sure to have come on for the run and he will be hard to beat. Ableard rates the main danger he was a fair third on his debut behind Baltic Wave and he is another that is sure to improve. Of the remainder Grele is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market.
