In depth

Verdict

Mot A Mot was well backed at Exeter last month but met interference and couldn’t quicken in the closing stages. Onagatheringstorm has won a point and his yard has excelled with similar types. Prime Pretender, another winner between the flags, found only a previous winner too good here on his debut under Rules but newcomer BARRIER PEAKS is definitely worth a market check considering the form of his stable. He cost £36,000 and there is a nice mixture of speed and stamina in his pedigree.
