In depth

Verdict

A small but competitive field go to post for this handicap chase and all the runners can be given a chance on there best bits of form. Cornish Gale is well weighted on his best form and goes well on the fast ground but he has failed to complete on his last two starts and for that reason he is over looked. Korakor bounced back to form with an all the way win at Ayr last time out and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat off this higher mark. However he never runs two races the same. Mr Bossman ran well when fourth in the Topham last time behind Clan Royal and a return to the minimum trip looks sure to suit. Executive Decision is another well weighted on his best form but his best efforts have come with more cut in the ground. Demasta is from a yard in top form but he has been let down by his jumping of late. Of the remainder Night Fighter could go well with Lloyd McGrath taking off a handy five pounds.
