        In depth

        Verdict

        Silver Knight has solid form and, in a race that lacks strength in depth, has a leading chance. Amandari was placed in France two years ago. Jonjo O'Neill's Batten Down is well bred but showed little on his debut in a bumper. Lambhill Stakes is entitled to have hopes of a place following although he was well beaten by Silken Thyne when second on his last run. Vodka Inferno has shown promise in bumpers and is not without a chance at this level on his hurdling debut. Keep Ikis has won three times on the Flat at up to 17 furlongs and can't be ruled out. However, Silver Knight, with solid form, is taken as the selection.
