Verdict

Blown It, who has a 12lb penalty after Tuesday's success at Ayr, was receiving a massive 18lb when catching LIBERTY SHIP right on the line over this C&D ten days ago but can hardly be expected to confirm the form as the runner-up will actually be receiving weight here taking his jockey's claim into consideration. Mark Buckley's charge, who was runner-up in this a year ago, has been in superb form over the past few weeks and should gain his third success in less than a month. Dispol Grand has also been in top form and has won over this C&D from a higher mark so he must be respected along with the consistent but luckless Sharp Bullet, who was just behind him at Newcastle last time. Tongalooma wasn't far behind Blown It at Ayr and the revised terms give her a chance of being in the shake-up.
