Verdict
Diligent was a promising sort a couple of years ago but the market will probably tell us how fit she is after a long absence. Recent course and distance fourth Donna's Pride has looked a little one-paced so far but Lady Busanda showed promise on her debut here behind the more experienced Georgian Firebird. Alan Swinbank's mare tries to defy her penalty here but could be upset by stable companion MOLLY CAT. Daragh Bourke's mount won by 10 lengths at Wetherby before running Clondaw Banker to a couple of lengths on the Polytrack at Kempton and may have too much pace for these. One Act may need this but is a half-sister to a Flat winner and one to note for future reference.
