A small field goes to post for this novices chase and the principals look to be Loy's Lad, Pharpost and Green Ideal and we will take a chance on Loy's Lad. The gelding won well last time out when making all and defeating Howaboys Quest and although he has a penalty he will be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Pharpost rates the main danger he was a good second behind Prokofiev last time and he to will like the ground. Durham Dandy was a second in a poor race and was well beaten in points last season so is readily opposed. Green Ideal is from a yard that is worth noting in the market but we are happy to stick with Loy's Lad.
