        Verdict

        It may prove to be a shrewd move by Tony Carroll in the booking of Hayley Turner for Short Change and the partnership are just preferred over old rival Khudzar and Coup De chance, who hails from a yard that are returning to form of late. Desert Island Disc is another who should not be too far away at the finish and faces a more realistic target here than she has of late. However, like Scottish River, she has to give lumps of weight away today, and the in-form Short Change could have been found the ideal opening to extend his run of good form.
