    Verdict

A nightmare for punters may go the way of Monkey Or Me, with Campbells Lad, Dancer King and Danefonique just three more to ponder on. Bets should be kept to the minimum here in a race that does not compare to the rest on a decent card, and it is only a tentative vote that goes to Monkey Or Me who has at least been placed a few times this term. His fourth behind Roman The Park here last time was not too bad in the context of this race, and a similar effort could be enough. Campbells Lad drops back in trip after finishing third in selling company on his last visit here and may make his presence felt along with Dancer King who at least showed that he handles cut when third to the in-form She's Our Lass at Thirsk. His stable is in a bit of form as well so a place is not out of the question. Danefonique was allowed to come home in his own time when running out of steam here on his last outing, but holds minor claims on earlier form. This is not a race to lose sleep over and a very small investment on Monkey Or Me is the suggestion.
