The form of Dance Solo's debut run at Newbury has received a few solid boosts and the daughter of Saddlers Wells can be given a confident vote here - with Ruthie the preferred runner out of the Tim Easterby-trained trio of opponents. Although Pearl pride is also respected but may be seen in a better light when she is sent out in handicap company. Dance Solo, on the other hand, fits a similar profile to a great many of former Stoute inmates and it will be interesting to see how the Newmarket-based maestro maps out her career from here.
