Blackwater King was fancied in the betting for both starts this season but has let supporters down with a couple of ordinary efforts. Today's drop in class should see him finish closer, but it could pay to stick with SUPRISE VENDOR. The latter returned an easy winner in testing ground at Hexham last time and can shrug off a 9lb rise and follow up in this company. The remaining trio make little appeal on recent form, though Lough Coi would figure with a repeat of his second at Uttoxeter at the start of this month.
