In depth

Verdict

The progressive Boppys Princess can bring the winning run of She's Our Lass to an end, with The Number and Miskina expected to at least run well without being good enough. Boppys Princess has definitely improved with a winter on her back, and anybody who saw her latest victory at Haydock will fancy her to defy a six-pound rise in the weights without too much trouble, as she handles the ground and stays the trip. If She's Our Lass were not in the line-up, Richard Fahey's mare would probably be considered a stone-cold certainty, but even so, should take the beating. The latter has been in terrific form this term, winning four of her last five starts, the latest of which was a comfortable effort at Thirsk. The handicapper is slowly catching up with her though and this race is just that bit tougher. The Number will come on for the run, and Miskina will appreciate the trip after scraping home over seven furlongs on the all-weather at Wolverhampton. The one they all have to beat though is Boppys Princess who gets a confident vote.
