Misternando bids for a ninth victory this term for connections but he may find Escayola a tough nut to crack. There has been little to crab about Misternando's performances of late and although the handicapper has kept trying to penalise him it appears that the three-year-old has been impervious to his efforts thus far. Escayola stayed on very well to post a victory at Yarmouth recently and with a healthy weight allowance from Misternando - it would be foolish to rule him out. Tandava and Rajam may occupy top-weights but they have had their limitations exposed over extreme trips and they may be worth opposing again. Altitude Dancer has no problems in staying extreme distances and could be the fly in the ointment if there is any chink in the armour of the market principals. Stonegrave is watched in the market for any signs of encouragement. In an intriguing contest, we will go for Escayola to lower the colours of Misternando.
