Orla Chennaoui reports from Rio on fears that the Olympic Velodrome will not be finished in time after the test event was cancelled.
The organisers of this summer's Games have just over four months to get everything ready but one of the main venues has yet to be completed.
The velodrome should have been finished weeks ago, although there are no signs of panic in the Brazilian capital just yet.
