In an exclusive and wide-ranging interview with SSN's Richard Graves, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft look ahead to Super Bowl LI. The Patriots are preparing for yet another Super Bowl Sunday after claiming the AFC Championship and they will face Atlanta in Houston this week, a game you can see on Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports Mix from 10pm. Kraft has overseen the Patriots emergence as one of the most dominant organisations the sport has seen, with Bill Belichick and Tom Brady leading the way. Sitting down with SSN HQ ahead of Sunday's extravaganza against the Falcons in the NRG Stadium, Kraft talks in-depth about his future Hall of Fame coach and quarterback, Deflategate and what has made the Patriots so successful. Hit play on the video at the top of the page to watch the video in full Kraft on Tom Brady......."We are blessed to have such an outstanding quarterback. He is such a special human being - he is one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my life. "I have watched him grow into this superstar and he hasn't changed. He is really special. "He plays at an unbelievable level and he prepares so hard. Kraft on Bill Belichick....."Jimmy Johnson was a special coach in his own right so that means a lot coming from him - and I agree with him! Totally! "One of the unique aspects of Bill's strengths is his understanding of personnel and how to place a value on it - you can only spend so much money." Kraft on Deflategate"I think we have all moved on. I think the league handled it very poorly. "The best player in the league, Tom Brady, didn't get to play 25% of the season, he missed four games but our system and culture ad the great coaching staff put together a plan where we were 3-1 in those games. Kraft on Patriots success"One of the things we do well, is have a sense of stability and continuity. I don't want my manager in any of our businesses to think short term. Not just a decision that is good for this week, but what is good for this year, next year and the year after "I think strategic thinking like that is crucial to sustained success." Sky Sports is your home of the Super Bowl. Watch the build up, action and reaction live on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports Mix, from 10pm on Sunday February 5.
