The Patriots are in their eighth Super Bowl under Bill Belichick on Sunday, and they got there with style. Tom Brady turned in a fourth straight season with at least 28 touchdowns and fewer than 10 interceptions, and the Pats yet again ended up as the No 1 seed in the AFC.
Gronkowski had another tremendous year, leading the team with 69 receptions, 1,084 yards and eight touchdowns. He features in this top five twice, and New England also saw outstanding play from a number of stars on the roster.
