Rookie Will Parks scored a defensive two point conversion to hand the Denver Broncos a last minute win

Needing the extra point to take a 24-23 lead over the Broncos, with just 1:22 left on the clock, the Saints could be forgiven for thinking they had won the game.

However Will Lutz's extra point kick was blocked by Justin Simmonds who jumped over the line to make the stop. As the ball bobbled, Will Parks was quickest to react, scooping up the ball and making a break for the end zone.

Sprinting down the sideline, it looked like Simmonds might have stepped out of bounds, but the officials ruled he stayed in bounds, and the 84 yard defensive two point attempt stood, handing the Broncos a 25-23 advantage.

What made it worse for the Saints, was that because they had scored the touchdown, they still had to kick it back to Denver to restart. Quarterback Trevor Siemian took a knee to end the game and the Broncos come away with their seventh win of the season.
