Highlights of the clash between Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins in Week 7 of the NFL.

Jay Ajayi ran for over 200 yards for the second game in a row, helping the Miami Dolphins rally past the Buffalo Bills 28-25 in the AFC West divisional match-up.

The Dolphins overcame an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter to end the Bills' four-game winning streak, and beat them for only the second time in their past seven meetings.

Ajayi was the difference maker with his 214 yards rushing and one touchdown, though he did leave the game late on suffering from cramp.

Ajayi. How could it not be? A week after earning 204 yards and two TDs on the ground against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Dolphins running back went off the races again, to the tune of 214 yards off 29 attempts, and one TD.

Game-changer

Kenny Stills' 66-yard touchdown that all but ended the game deep in the fourth quarter. Other than Ajayi, the rest of the Dolphins offence had struggled all game, and having pushed into the lead with three minutes left, Miami were expected to try to run out the clock. Not so, with Tannehill linking up with Stills for what in the end proved to be a crucial score as the Dolphins triumphed by only three points.

Stat of the Night

214 - rushing yards for Ajayi, making him only the fourth running back in the history of the NFL to rush for 200 yards in back-to-back games. The others, OJ Simpson (1973, 1976), Earl Campbell (1980), and Ricky Williams (2002).

The Game

The game got off to a slow start with the two teams trading field goals in the first quarter; though the Dolphins' first drive was an impressive one with Jay Ajayi racking up a couple of big gains for first down.

Miami struggled on offence thereafter, and a couple of poor punts - one of which was blocked by the Bills - gave Buffalo brilliant field position, which allowed them to take the lead as Taylor ran in from 10 yards.

After the second half started with more poor play by both offences, suddenly the contest sparked into life when Taylor connected with Marquise Goodwin for a 67-yard score to break a sequence of consecutive punts, and extent the Bills lead.

But that awoke the Dolphins offence too, and Ajayi again was the go-to guy, rumbling in from four yards for Miami's first touchdown, which they then added two points to, reducing their deficit to just three.

With Ajayi sidelined, Damien Williams carried half the Bills' weary defence into the end zone on a 12-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter to put the Dolphins ahead, a lead that was stretched with Stills' 66-yard catch-and-run to the endzone.

Reggie Bush ran in for a rare touchdown for the Bills with time expiring, and though they were successful with a two-point conversion, they weren't with the subsequent onside kick as the Dolphins held on for the win.
