Britain could have their latest NFL star as Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi announced himself with a super show against the Steelers.
Having been dropped from the matchday squad on the opening weekend, the future looked a little mixed for the 23-year-old from London but he has played his way into form as injury to Arian Foster have given him a chance.
With two touchdowns already under his belt for the season, Ajayi caught fire in the Dolphins headline-grabbing victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday with one of the rushing games of the season.
Ajayi rushed for more than 200 yards at Hard Rock Stadium and for good measure doubled his season's touchdown tally with a pair of scores that helped Miami record a 30-15 victory over a Steelers team tipped to contend for the Super Bowl this season.
