Andre Roberts returned for an 85 yard touchdown but could not prevent the Detroit Lions slipping to a 17-14 loss against rivals Chicago Bears.
Julio Jones had a 300 yard night for the Atlanta Falcons, who beat the Carolina Panthers 48-33. After only one reception in Monday's victory over the New Orleans Saints, Jones was found 12 times against Carolina, including a 75 yard touchdown score.
Phillip Dorsett scored a 64 yard touchdown for the Indianapolis Colts but it was not enough as Andrew Luck's side lost 30-27 to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium, as part of the NFL's International Series.
Elsewhere, Michael Crabtree scored three touchdowns as the Raiders beat the Ravens by one point. Both sides are now 3-1 after the Raiders came out 28-27 winners in Baltimore.
Rookie quarterback Paxton Lynch threw his first career touchdown, connecting with Emmanuel Sanders for the five yard score. Lynch replaced Trevor Siemian after the Broncos starting quarterback left the game with an injured shoulder in Denver's 27-7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
