Week four begins with the Miami Dolphins travelling to the Cincinnati Bengals, live on Sky Sports 1 from 1.30am Friday. Can the Texans cope without J.J Watt, and will the Panthers avenge their 2015 Falcons defeat?
1. Who will stay undefeated?
The Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots and Denver Broncos are all 3-0 in the AFC championship, while the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles have both surprised fans and are the only two teams with a perfect record in the NFC. The Eagles are on a bye week, but we will see two of our undefeated teams on Sunday night, live on Sky Sports 2.
The Ravens kick things off from 5.30pm on Sky Sports 2, taking on the 2-1 Oakland Raiders. Following that game the Denver Broncos travel to Tampa to play the Buccaneers. Quarterback Trevor Siemian impressed last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, proving that the Broncos are more than just a defence. Can Dirk Koetter's Bucs team produce a surprise victory over the reigning Super Bowl champions?
2. No J.J, no problem?
The Houston Texans will be without defensive end and face of the franchise J.J Watt after the team placed him on injured-reserve. Watt re-injured his back in the Texans' 27-0 loss to the Patriots and won't be back on the field until at least the end of the season, where he hopes to help the team push for a play-off spot.
Houston entertain the Tennessee Titans this weekend in an all-AFC South match up. Can the Texans stay atop the division without the three-time Defensive Player of the Year in the line up?
3. Change as good as a rest?
The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Indianapolis Colts meet at Wembley this Sunday, as part of the NFL's international series in London. The Jaguars are the 'home' team for this game, despite the nine hour flight from Florida to London.
After a disappointing 0-3 start the pressure is on for Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley who knows that nothing less than a win is good enough for his side. Can the change of scenery bring about a win for Jags?
4. Rex Revenge
The Buffalo Bills take on New England this weekend and Bills head coach Rex Ryan is eager to get one over on the Patriots. New England have won the AFC East every year since Ryan has been a head coach (2009) and in his time with the New York Jets and Bills, Ryan has only ever beaten Belichick once.
This time the Patriots will still be without Brady, and the Bills are coming off a 33-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Can Ryan lead his team to a victory over the 3-0 Pats?
5. Not so perfect Panthers
Last year the Carolina Panthers were 14-0, before losing to divisional rivals Atlanta Falcons. This time around, the Falcons are at 2-1 and lead the NFC South, while the Panthers have started the season 1-2 after losses against the Broncos and the Vikings.
Both are still relatively unknown quantities this year. The Panthers defence will give Matt Ryan and the Falcons attack their strongest test yet, and it is an opportunity to see how Cam Newton responds after eight sacks last weekend.
