The revamped Netball Super League will introduce a two-goal Super Shot for the 2025 season to help "supercharge the game".
The new regulation will allow teams to score two-goal shots from a dedicated area within the outer edge of the shooting circle during the last five minutes of each of the four quarters.
The rule, first used in the Suncorp Super Netball division in Australia in 2020, will be part of every Super League match.

It will also be deployed in the final three minutes of every quarter at the inaugural one-day Netball Super Cup on March 8, which takes place a week before the NSL gets under way on March 15.
While the Super Shot is in operation, shooters can still score one-goal shots from the area of the shooting circle closer to the net.

The Super Shot's introduction is among a number of innovations, with others to be revealed in due course.
Claire Nelson, the managing director of the Netball Super League, said: "As we enter a new era for the NSL, we are thrilled to announce this exciting new rule that will enhance fans' experience of the game.
"The introduction of the Super Shot will be a fantastic showcase of the incredible skill and athleticism of our powerful female athletes and will supercharge our game to a whole new level of excitement.
"This innovation is guaranteed to be a huge talking point that will generate a fantastic buzz around our sport and we cannot wait to see how it elevates the competition in the season to come."
The Netball Super League's revamp, which has seen a 10-team division trimmed to eight, is aimed at kickstarting a 10-year journey to professionalism.
Leeds Rhinos, London Mavericks, London Pulse, Loughborough Lightning, Manchester Thunder and the renamed LexisNexis Cardiff Dragons will be joined by new teams Birmingham Panthers and Nottingham Forest Panthers, with Severn Stars, Strathclyde Sirens, Surrey Storm and Team Bath not part of the division going forward.
