Four young reporters are given the chance to see what it is like to work at The Open with Colin Montgomerie, Niall Horan and Nicola Sturgeon among those given a grilling!
The four school children - two from South Ayrshire and two from Glasgow - made the trip to Royal Troon and having familiarised themselves with the surroundings were soon getting on with the job at hand.
Shane Lowry was the first in the youngsters' firing line, fielding questions on his superstitions and missing out on the prize money after winning the Irish Open as an amateur.
Next up the would-be reporters found themselves rubbing shoulders with the stars as One Direction's Horan stopped by for an interview and revealed which of their tunes he has heard Rory McIlroy singing along to.
There was also time to speak to First Minister of Scotland, Mrs Sturgeon, who is hoping that home favourite Monty can produce the goods this week while the man himself was on hand to talk about his historic first tee shot on day one.
