Ian Poulter and The Open marshalls warm up with a few press-ups

The marshalls at The Open were put through an unusual warm-up for the day ahead.
In an attempt to perhaps warm the cockles on a freezing morning at Royal Troon, the team worked on their core strength with a team press-up workout. It soon caught on with Ian Poulter following suit in the Sky Sports Open Zone soon after.
Misbah-ul-Haq celebrated becoming one of the oldest centurions in Test cricket against England on Thursday by dropping to the floor and engaging in some press-ups.
Both Poulter's and the marshalls' unusual warm-up could have been perhaps in appreciation of the cricketer.
Or maybe it was a push-up challenge to raise awareness of suicide rates in the Armed Forces that is going viral on social media? Stars such as Rio Ferdinand have got involved with the challenge in recent weeks.
Either way, it brought plenty of smiles to faces as players and spectators prepared for the second day at Royal Troon.
