Zach Johnson was stopped in his tracks by a train on the 11th hole at The 145th Open, but it didn't distract his tee shot at the second time of asking.
Johnson is the defending champion after his victory at St Andrews last year and is among the favourites this year.
Johnson might be the player to beat this week as confidence and history are on his side - the last six winners at this course have all hailed from the United States.
The two-time major champion arrived at the turn in his first round with four birdies from his opening nine holes and looking in good shape.
And just as he was about to tee off on the 11th, he quickly realised there was a train about to fly past him. He pulled up before composing himself and driving 256 yards - highly impressive!
