Slamdunk eagles, monster putts and chip-in birdies feature in the shots of the day from an eventful second round at The 146th Open.
Wet and windy conditions greeted the players for the majority of Friday at Royal Birkdale, but it didn't stop large crowds filling the fairways and plenty of memorable moments across the course.
Rory McIlroy made a fast start to his second round, with a stunning approach at the sixth setting up a third birdie of the day, while impressive putts from Jordan Spieth and Bubba Watson also feature.
Lee Westwood holed out for eagle from the fairway at the fifth, just as Gary Woodland did on the same hole and Chris Wood at the par-four last.
Justin Thomas was inches away from a hole-in-one when he rattled the flag with a tee shot, while Matt Kuchar and Ian Poulter also feature in the best of the day's action.
