Lee Westwood almost recorded an albatross on the second hole

Lee Westwood almost recorded a rare albatross during the second round of The Masters at Augusta.

Westwood's approach shot at the second hole, the monster 575-yard Pink Dogwood, nestled on to the green and was moving towards the hole, but then took an unfortunate turn.

Despite the early eagle, Westwood only narrowly avoided missing the cut after finishing with a one-over 73 for the second day running.
