Scott Brown provided the shot of the day in the final round of the Wyndham Championship, but his playing partner Tiger Woods suffered another attack of the chip yips at Sedgefield.

Brown arrived on the tee at the 174-yard third hole on Sunday trailing leader Davis Love III by three shots, but he trimmed that deficit to just one with a single swish of a mid-iron.

The American's perfectly-struck shot pitched just short and right of the pin before his ball took the break and arced slowly into the hole for his second career ace - in front of 25,000 witnesses!

But Woods struggled to get much going over the front nine, and his hopes of earning the win he needed to qualify for the FedExCup play-offs disappeared when he hacked his way to a seven at the par-four 11th.
