Andrew Beef Johnston found out that interviewing Henrik Stenson can be tricky, and he needed a few attempts to get it right

One of Andrew Johnston's guest roles for Sky Sports over the weekend at the Valspar Championship was to conduct a pre-round interview with Henrik Stenson, but it didn't quite go according to plan!

Beef showed no signs of being a rookie interviewer when he took on Graeme McDowell at the Sky Cart on Saturday, making it abundantly clear to the Northern Irishman who was asking the questions.

But it was a different story when it came to grabbing a few words with the Open champion as he prepared for his final round on the practice putting green.

Beef got the interview in the can, although it took him several attempts. But the hugely-popular Englishman's struggles with the microphone were soon edited together by the production team at the Innisbrook Resort in Tampa.

And when Johnston joined Mark Roe in the commentary box, he was surprised to be greeted by the montage of outtakes from his extended encounter with the unflappable Swede!
