Anirban Lahiri, Thongchai Jaidee and Danny Lee will make their Presidents Cup debut next month, after securing their places at the Deutsche Bank Championship on Monday.
With the top 10 players for the International and United States teams now finalised, the remaining spots will be determined by Nick Price (International) and Jay Haas (United States) when their captain's picks are announced at 10pm on Tuesday.
Lahiri and Jaidee's involvement marks the first time that both India and Thailand will be represented at the Presidents Cup since the event was established in 1994.
Lahiri, 28, said he grew up watching team events such as the Ryder Cup, and was thankful he had something like the Presidents Cup to aim for.
"It'll be a massive boost for golf in the region," Lahiri said. "You get so many eyeballs, and everybody in America will be watching.
"To be a part of something historic like that is extremely special. All I want to do is make sure that I get a point for the International team."
Lee will doubtless be a crowd favourite when he returns to Incheon City, where his family still lives, for the competition - a team, match-play format featuring 24 of the world's top golfers - from October 6-11.
The International team consists of the top 10 international players (non-US and non-European) from the world rankings as of September 7, 2015, plus two captain's selections. The US team is comprised of the top 10 American players who earned the most FedExCup points from September 13, 2013, through September 7, 2015, with points earned in 2015 doubled, plus two captain's picks.
