Tiger Woods returns to the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the first time in five years this week, where the 14-time major champion has a record like no other.
Woods has not featured at Bay Hill since winning in 2013, his eighth victory in the event, with the former world No 1 now looking to become the first player in history to win a PGA Tour tournament on nine separate occasions.
The 42-year-old claimed his first of eight Bay Hill titles back in 2000 with a four-stroke win over Davis Love III, the first of four consecutive victories until Chad Campbell ended the run in 2004.
Woods' six straight PGA Tour wins during 2007 and 2008 included a narrow victory at Bay Hill over Bart Bryant, before Tiger followed it up with another title a year later.
The former world No 1 had slipped outside of the world's top 10 by the time he won the tournament for a seventh time in 2012, only to reclaim his place at the top of the world rankings with a two-shot win over Justin Rose a year later.
Injury ruled him out of each of the next four visits to the Florida event, with his return this week his fifth PGA Tour start since undergoing spinal fusion surgery last April.
The world No 149 heads into the tournament off the back of joint-second finish at the Valspar Championship, with Woods chasing a first worldwide victory since the 2013 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.
