Nick Dougherty and Henni Goya take a look at the best tweets of the week from players and celebrities at the British Masters.

Golf is the talk of the Toon as huge crowds continue to gather and appreciate exceptional golf at the British Masters, supported by Sky Sports.

Sky Sports' Nick Dougherty was joined by Henni Goya, responsible for Sky Sports Golf's social media output this week, to discuss the atmosphere around Close House and all the best social reaction from players and celebrities alike.

Lee Westwood, the tournament's host in Northumberland, has enjoyed a strong start in front of thousands of enthralled spectators of all ages, and Goya believes the world's best golfers have been inspired to produce their best.

"It's the crowds," said Goya. "That is what is bringing all the atmosphere - it's been incredible, there are so many people out here enjoying their golf no matter the weather.

"They were out in full force this morning. It just gives the tournament such a good feel to it. The players have really been appreciating it and it makes you want to play better and for the crowds. It's just been fantastic."

Celebrities from the world of entertainment and sport, who competed in Wednesday's Pro-Am, have also been keen to praise the standard of the Close House layout and the expectant crowds.

Goya, a professional golfer in her own right, even showed her talents at the Sky Zone under the eyes of Dougherty while the pair went head-to-head in a 100-yard challenge live on Periscope.
