The best of the action from a historic final round of The Players Championship at Sawgrass, where Si Woo Kim held off Ian Poulter.

The final round of The Players Championship again produced a number of outstanding moments as Si Woo Kim clinched a record-breaking three-shot win.

The 21-year-old produced a remarkably composed 69 to hold off a gallant Ian Poulter and become the youngest champion in the history of the tournament at TPC Sawgrass.

A feature of Kim's performance was his ability to get up and down for par throughout the day as he kept a bogey off his card and eased to his second PGA Tour victory.

Poulter celebrated his best finish of the season and closed out a 71 with an astonishing shot from the trees at the last, moments after a shanked second had effectively ended his chances of a fairy-tale win.

But the shot of the day went to Rafa Cabrera Bello, who also got his name into the record books by making the first albatross at the 16th, holing out from 181 yards and then adding a birdie at 17 to leap into a tie for fourth.
