Jim Furyk will make his long-awaited return from injury at next week's Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow in North Carolina.
The 45-year-old American has been sidelined since September, when he withdrew from the BMW Championship due to a bone contusion in his left wrist.
The 2003 US Open champion and 17-time PGA Tour winner will also tee it up at the Players Championship in Florida a week later.
After Furyk's wrist problem did not respond to medical treatment, he decided to have surgery in early February.
Having spent more than seven months out of action, his world ranking has slipped to 24th from a career-high No 2.
