Thomas Bjorn already has a hole-in-one to his name in 2016, but the Dane couldn't have got much closer to a second ace in as many weeks during the opening round of the Qatar Masters.
Having nailed his tee shot at the 179-yard 17th during the first day of the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship, Bjorn almost repeated the feat in breezy conditions in Doha on Wednesday.
The 44-year-old went to the 203-yard 13th one over for the day following a blemish two holes earlier, but quickly cancelled out that dropped shot by nearly sinking his tee shot.
With his ball safely negotiating the hazard and finding the green, Bjorn saw his tee shot bounce and roll perfectly on-line towards the cup, only for his effort to somehow stay out of the hole.
