PSV Eindhoven re-established their four-point lead at the top of the Eredivisie after edging to a 1-0 win at Vitesse.

Ajax's victory over FC Groningen on Friday night had trimmed PSV's advantage at the summit to just one point.

But Phillip Cocu's men remain firmly in charge of their own fate after Adam Maher's 10th-minute effort lifted them to their fourth successive triumph.

PEC Zwolle moved up to third in the standings after a thumping 4-1 win over struggling NAC.

Bart Van Hintum's fourth-minute strike put PEC ahead but they needed three strikes in the final 27 minutes after Adnane Tighadouini levelled matters before the hour.

Jesper Drost restored PEC's lead and Jody Lukoki struck midway through the second half before Ben Rienstra gave them a three-goal cushion in the 71st minute.

AZ climbed into the top five after claiming a 2-0 win over FC Dordrecht.

Simon Poulsen opened the scoring in the 25th minute and Nemanja Gudelj sealed victory after 51 minutes.

Bartholomew Ogbeche bagged a brace as Cambuur Leeuwarden twice came from behind to claim a 2-2 draw at ADO Den Haag.

Mike van Duinen and Roland Alberg each gave the home side a one-goal advantage but they were pegged back on both occasions by Ogbeche.
