Accrington goalkeeper Jesse Joronen admits he is excited about the prospect of playing in the League Two derby at home to Morecambe.
The Finn has made three straight starts since joining for a month from Fulham and will again be between the posts when the Shrimps visit the Crown Ground. "I am just starting to hear about what a big game this is and I am sure there will be plenty of fans cheering for us," he told the club's official website. "More fans makes you excited for the game." After starting the campaign playing in four Championship fixtures for the Cottagers, dropping down two divisions could be seen as a culture shock, but not for Joronen. Having made trips to Stevenage and Newport, the 6ft 5in 21-year-old added: "They are new places to me but, as stadiums, they are still better than those in my home country and it is enjoyable coming to these places and playing games."
