Ollie Norburn accepts he may have to bide his time on the sidelines, admits Bristol Rovers boss John Ward.
The midfielder has not featured in the matchday squad for their last three matches and has not pulled on a Pirates shirt since mid-January but his manager says that he has been unlucky and that the opportunity is there to force his way back into the side. "Ollie has been a little bit unlucky and is probably feeling a little bit left out at the moment," he told the Bristol Evening Post. "He hasn't been banging my door down because he probably accepts that we have added to the quality we have in that midfield area at the moment. "We have had some good results in the last few weeks and he will have to bide his time. "I understand that is something that is not easy to do for a footballer, but, to be fair to him, I think he accepts that the boys in the team have done well."
