Rochdale's latest signing Calvin Andrew believes new boss Keith Hill can bring the best out of him.
Andrew, 27, who has signed a two-year deal at Spotland, also feels he has found a club where he feels at home. "I'm very happy to have signed and to be a part of the club going forward and hopefully we can achieve great things together," Andrew told the club's official website. "I've been about a little bit in football and I haven't quite settled at lot of places, but with the two-year-deal and the set of lads that are in there and the manager, I hope to cement something and find a home here." The former Crystal Palace and Mansfield forward added: "The manager was a major part of me signing here. "After talking to him for the last three days I've seen that he can get the best out of me. "He gives a great environment to want to work in and the way the team plays is another reason why I signed here. "They retain the ball very well, there's some great players with good vision and a good passing ability - that suits me down to the ground."
